HC Series Mechanical Presses
Available in multiple configurations, the C-frame press with 3 guide posts offers a pressing capacity from 16 to 80 tons, stroke range of 20-50 mm, and operating speeds between 200-800 spm, with a shut height of 180-300 mm and main motor power from 4-18.5 kW. Designed for Rotor and stator lamination stamping, terminal and lead frame forming, metal component stamping, and can lid production, this stamping press provides versatile performance across a wide range of precision metal forming applications. It can be integrated with a feeder, straightener, decoiler, and scrap chopper to form an automated stamping line.
- The press body is made of high-strength cast iron, fully stress-relieved to ensure long-term dimensional stability and consistent accuracy for continuous stamping operations.
- Adopts a structure with two side guide posts and a central supporting column, using special-alloy copper sleeves instead of traditional slide plates to reduce friction, control thermal deformation, and maintain long-term precision during high-speed operation.
- Optional counterbalancing system reduces vibration during operation, improving accuracy and stability throughout the production cycle.
- Equipped with a die height indicator and hydraulic locking device to simplify die setup and enhance operational efficiency.
- A microcomputer-based user friendly human-machine control interface provides clear numerical data display, fault monitoring, and simplified operation.
